1.Steel frame structure brief Introduction
Steel frame structure system is the structural system of weight-bearing framework connected
by columns, beline, arc or mansard beam. In industrial and civil buildings, single-span, double
span or multi-span, double slope or single slope style single level portal framework. Windows
and ventilator or day-lighting panel can be installed according to actual situation.
2. Steel frame structure workshop material
1)The main frame (columns and beams)is made of welded H-style steel.
2)The columns are connected to the foundation by pre-embeddding anchor bolt.
3)The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high intensity bolts.
4)The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel sandwich panels, which are
connected with the purlin by self-tapping nails.
5)Doors and windows can be designed at anywhere which can be made into normal type, sliding
type or roll up type with material of PVC, metal, alloy aluminum, sandwich panel and others.

1. Industralized full assemble: Light portal steel structure from room surface, wall surface, wall
frame, heat preservation layer and weight bearing structure.
2. Elegant apperance and hollow inside: More suitable for use compared with ordinary structure.
The workshop and the storage can be dived at will.
3. Construction member and section form are reasonable with light deadweight: The weight of portal
Steel structure is the one eighth to one tenth of the reinforced concrete.
4. Easy to assemble: All members are manfactured in fatory and assembled on site.
5. Comparably lower costs: Portal steel structure is light in weight, less foundation costs, shorter
period of construction. On the whole, the cost is cheaper than reinforced concrete.
